DREWCO's DELIVERY GUARANTEE-TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Lead times begins when we receive a customer signed drawing and PO. 

We acknowledge the guaranteed ship date by fax on the FINAL ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.

Lead times end when product ships or is ready to ship and waiting customer instructions.

Cancellation policy:

• • No cancellation on rush premiums and express premiums deliveries.  
  • Standard cancellation policy for regular orders allowed if the order has not been initiated

Orders revised after an acknowledged P.O. are  subject to an addition charge or premium pricing.

Poor quality products, if any, are considered not shipped until rectified for rebate calculations.

Rebate payments, if due, will be deducted from the invoice with an identifying line item.

This program is only available for customers whose accounts are up to date or who prepay.
